Shipping

Orders are filled and shipped within two business days. All items are shipped via USPS priority mail. A tracking number will be provided once the item(s) ships.

Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact me within two business days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is importance, therefore I will aim to resolve any issues you may have. However, if I'm unable to do so, then a refund will be offered. Items must be returned in their original condition first before a refund is issued. Please note the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and fees charged. Only the original value of the item will be refunded.

Custom orders and customized items, however are non returnable due to the nature of the work completed.

Lost or Damaged Items

Lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the postal carrier. I cannot be held accountable for delivery negligence. 
Please contact your local post office ASAP and quote your item’s postage reference number. I do not replace lost or damaged items nor do I offer refunds for lost or damaged items.
